Folding, Stitching and Loop Stitching

Drakes have built up tremendous knowledge and experience in successfully handling hundreds of folding and stitching jobs.

We operate 3 Muller Stitching Lines so we can cater for various size runs, and can stitch from 120mm x 100m up to A3 size. Text can be supplied as either flat sheets or folded sections. We offer saddle stitching or loop stitching to meet your exact needs.

Our 5 Stahl Folding Machines allow us to quickly respond to requests for both short and long folding or stitching runs, and we can also offer:

• 2 or 3-up miniature folding
• Open and Closed gate folding
• Tri-Scoring for folding and scoring in line. This is suitable for stocks of up to 300gsm and will save valuable time by creasing the job on the same machine
• Endorse folding
• Double gate folding
• Guillotining
• Perforating
